About Us

We are a student organization at Akita International University with the motto of creating events in Akita.
Since 2018, we have held TEDx events seven times, run entirely by AIU students.
Our mission is to connect AIU, often seen as isolated, with local communities in Akita and to build a bridge between Akita and the world.

General & Finance Team

- Build sponsorship relationships
- Communicate with sponsors and the university
- Coordinate with external stakeholders

[From the Team Leader] The General & Finance Team is the mission control that builds the event foundation.
From schedule management to sponsor meetings, we handle a broad range of operations.

Speaker Team

Team Overview

[Role]
- Support speech drafts and workshop design
- Support talk practice including delivery and expression
- Japanese/English translation

[From the Team Leader] The Speaker Team organizes each speaker's ideas and helps them communicate clearly.
We support the event's core stories while sharpening our own communication skills.

Tech & Graphic Team

Team Overview

[Role]
- Website and Instagram operations
- Promotion video production
- Event goods and poster design

[From the Team Leader] The Tech & Graphic Team handles visual communication such as poster design and website operations.
We function as the publicity team that brings the event to a wider audience.
